Favorable weather and a large crowd greeted the fourth day of the Montana Exhibition Company's meet. Seven races are planned for today with post time at 10 and races roughly every ten minutes. The program finished in a record time last night with the final event around 9.15.
Officials announce extend race meet at Sairgrounds to Sunday July 18 with extra events and strong patronage. Helena horses Mandily and Fort Matte win handicaps. Lord Braca nosed Silver Grand in a thrilling nightcap. Princesa Sylvia pays $48, $1,140 show. Four Aces wins $18.20. Mollfi Home and Julia Irone also place. Continued on Page 9.

Named are Rowen and executives from Major film studios including Vine Conniff and David Hoar. plaintiff seeks $100,000 actual damages and $400,000 punitive damages.
