El Paso, Texas January 27. Paul R Forbes uncle of President Theodore Roosevelt aged 78 was found shot to death in his sit room apartment by his nurse Mrs Ina B Wright and secretary. Ward said inquest would not be hastened but he believed Forbes shot himself. A revolver bullet entered the roof of the mouth. Mrs Forbes was Dora Delano sister of Roosevelt's mother and the couple had lived apart sixteen years. Forbes spent summers in London and Paris and the winter in El Paso for nineteen years. He had been under medical care and had luncheon in a downtown hotel today before returning to his apartment.
