He lists his brothers Jas and Leo Olson as partners and describes residence, employment, and a relationship with Mrs Hedrick a housekeeper employed in 1923 at their ranch near the Montana State Prison Farm. He notes her husband William Hedrick visited at night and that the firm discharged her due to disruption. The oath was sworn December 21, 1929 before W H Casteton, Notary Public.
