Two Die in Row Over Right of Way

Weaver shot Rawson as deputies arrived to inspect cut traction pales. Hugh Sinclair deputy shot Weaver and was not arrested. Dixie Construction acting for Alabama Power tried to condemn Weaver's farm along the line from Lock 12 on the Coosa River to Selma. Weaver refused to sell.
