Railroad Worker Held on Murder Charge in Powell

Powell Teer Lodge Aug 19 Frank J Parr railroad maintenance employee was held under 10000 bond and charged with murder in connection with the death of Coldereex Raymond Finley. James G. Caffrey, 65, of Cleveland, known as the father of the FHA, was killed when his automobile crashed into a culvert and overturned near Brookville. State trooper Rothwell and Maurice Abnorf, 48, Cleveland contractor, who were in the car, say Caffrey and another man were en route to a New Jersey project.
