Salford April 3 reports an investigation into whether Alfred Yoas a maniac and passenger aboard the airliner City of Liverpool blamed for starting a fire during flight. The vessel crashed Thursday with 16 dead in Belgium. witnesses described flames erupting as the ship flew in poor weather near Rood Weather.
In Newehwang Manchuria on April 4, Fr Pears one of four British officers held by Chinese pirates returned with terms for his companions release. The pirates reportedly demand 1 000 000 Menican dollars about 210 000 francs plus rifles and ammunition.
