The state commands Sheriff to summon Mary Peterson and many variations of the Peterson and Maduzia names along with heirs to appear in the Robertson County District Court in Franklin on the first Monday in July 1928 to answer J P Bench and Annie Bench in a land title suit for 166.38 acres of the Mary Peterson Survey. Plaintiffs claim adverse possession for over forty years and seek to clear title under five ten and twenty five year statutes of limitations and remove all clouds.
