Citation in suit to quiet title at Robertson County Texas

The State of Texas to Hazel Garrett Moen and George Melton Moen both of New York City are commanded to appear before the Robertson County District Court in Franklin on the first Monday in July 1828 as requested by the petition filed May 28 1903 in case No. 7278 by John T. Garrett seeking to cancel deeds and remove cloud on title to the J Tom Garrett plantation 1249 acres part of Jesse Webb League in Robertson County Texas with ties to deeds dated 1871 1903 and 1927 and to determine the validity of purported deeds and the defendant's claimed interests in the land.

Public notice summons Willis Parker Jr in Robertson County District Court Franklin Texas to answer Helen Parker in a divorce and division of community property suit filed May 19 1928. The state commands Sheriff to summon Mary Peterson and many variations of the Peterson and Maduzia names along with heirs to appear in the Robertson County District Court in Franklin on the first Monday in July 1928 to answer J P Bench and Annie Bench in a land title suit for 166.38 acres of the Mary Peterson Survey. Plaintiffs claim adverse possession for over forty years and seek to clear title under five ten and twenty five year statutes of limitations and remove all clouds.
