County Highway Group Formed in Robertson County

A Robertson County meeting led to the formation of a County Highway Association with proceedings from Hearne Bremond Calvert and Bremond precincts. Dr W H Cummings named chairman, McGuirk Picayune editor secretary, with three vice presidents to represent Bremond Calvert and Hearne. The delegation planned further county chapters as the highway chain extends from New Mexico to Galveston.
