A group of seniors from the Aigl, with alumni and Dr John Gamble, toured Goat Island naval facilities near San Francisco. Lieutenant Frank Perking from the paymaster’s department guided them through barracks, hospital, gym, and training ships Interpaid and Pensecal. They dined in the officers mess and learned about signals, quarantine training, and life at sea during a day aboard the Castro launch voyage.
One of the social events of the season, the junior class hosted the seniors for a dancing party at the Native Sons Hall Friday evening. The ballroom was decorated with garlands and pennants, and the women's gowns were beautiful and elaborate. Music by Tages orchestra, with Arthur Jones as floor manager and Bertram Cooper assistant, received high praise. The event was described as the best yet. efforts were praised by attendees. Next Friday the Gaosemers will host their annual hop in the same venue.

Smith appears, followed by a Treasury Department notice dated May 23 1911 confirming First National Bank of Hayward Alameda County California is authorized to commence banking under the United States statutes.
Alameda County votes on June 6 1911 to authorize five hundred thousand dollars in bonds for a new county hospital site construction and furnishing. Bonds worth $1000 each bear 4.5 percent interest semiannually with 20 year maturity, open polls 6 am to 6 pm for qualified voters.
In the Matter of the Estate of Thomas Ignacia Pereira deceased a petition for the probate of the will has been filed in the Superior Court of Alameda County California.
