Emil Olson aged 74 of 2399 BL 14th street suffered cuts and a hip injury after being struck by a car while crossing East ith street. The driver, Elnise W. Talent aged 27 of 317 Via Acalanes San Loranzo, said she did not see Olson in time to avoid him. Day Tucker 67 of Niles was hurt at 11 p.m. last night when his car left the road one mile south of Mission San Jose after a passing maneuver by two cars led to a collision. Tucker recalls little after the impact.
