A gathering of Hayward Heath residents on September 22 organized an improvement club for the district. E. A. Hartley was elected president with officers and committees to pursue a better road on Second Avenue and a new school for Hayward Heath, plus transportation for about 45 pupils. Membership drive is under way with an initiation fee announced.
A small Idaho convention at the C. F. Fransen home on 13445 street drew four cars with Idaho plates. Three cars will not renew Idaho licenses. one returns with property investment in the bay district. Locators include Frank Ellsworth Dr A M Palmer and E Z Taylor. C A Randel also plans return to Idaho. They toured California proclaiming the bay district the best in the state and nation.
A One Dollar dues payment covers three months with twenty five cents monthly thereafter. A fine social committee has been appointed and a good time assured all who attend.
The Superior Court of California Alameda County sets September 25 1925 at 10:00 A M in Oakland for probate of the will of John Dobbel deceased and for the issuance of Letters Testamentary. Hattie E Bruens is named as petitioner attorney F Llemos Hayward California. The hearing invites interested parties to appear and contest the will.
