The Antioch bridge will open to traffic in November linking Sacramento and San Francisco as part of the Victory Highway. It connects the Sacramento River Highway route with 12 miles of paved road remaining and features a 4600 foot span with 70 feet clearance normal and 125 feet when the lift is raised.
