The Review advocates an open forum, saying articles on proper subjects deserve publication with or without a name, while papers should know the author for accountability.
The Review invites discussion of subjects of public importance at any time and will publish signed pieces. If a contributor requests anonymity the name will be kept confidential while the article may still be used. The newspaper asserts this practice as defensible and common among reputable papers.
