Dalmacio Vallestros, 42, of Stockton, certified to the Superior Court in Ondeford on a manslaughter charge. He allegedly struck a car on October 20 while driving a truck loaded with tomatoes, injuring Mollring and killing Mollring’s passenger. Mollring’s daughter Dorothy testified on crutches. she was severely injured and treated at St. Paul’s hospital in Livermore. The crash occurred on the way 40 miles from Livermore.
