Frank Arriola, 32, of 68 North Market Street, San Jose, was seriously injured this morning when the car he was riding in collided head on with a truck on Highway 60. Truck driver Albert Picchi, 28, and car driver Andrew Beltran, 35, both of San Jose, said Beltran was unfamiliar with the road and hit the truck during a turn at 1:30 am.
