A six year old was severely bitten Satur day by a dog owned by Mrs. Helen Reed of Castro Valley Blvd. Police warned Ms Reed to keep the dog confined for ten days after the incident at Mant andr. The boy reportedly provoked the dog while it ate. Rotarians heard Hayward Rotary report on Girl Scouts activities at a Monday meeting.
