Funeral services for William Albert Tupper 64 former Hayward resident who died at his Oakland home Saturday were held at the Chapel of Memories Oakland Crematory under Sorensen Brothers. Native of St Paul Minnesota he was a Hayward building contractor before 1918. Survived by three sons Arthur Eugene Stockton Col Joseph B Santa Rosa Howard I Oakland and one daughter Maybelle E Oakland twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
