Big Bay Bridge to glow in test on Monday night
The seven mile double necklace of lights on the San Francisco Bay Bridge will be activated in a Monday night test as cables connect the final lighting circuits. The 303 foot steel span was towed through dense fog and set in place. S F Woman Faces Kidnaping Charge
In San Francisco on February 23 United Press reports Charles Sharp, husband of Mrs Edna Sharp, confessed kidnapping Doris Virginia Murphy but was absolved of complicity and freed. Bail for Mrs Sharp was set at 10 000 on each charge or 20 000 bonds. Trial scheduled for Wednesday. John A Williams another suspect was exonerated. Mrs Sharp testified her husband believed Baby Doris to be her own child.

Rancher Sustains Hand Injury in Chopper Accident
