Contractor Blamed In Gonsalves Death
A coroner's jury found Jones and King contractors on the Hayward San Mateo road at fault for failing to provide adequate protection to workers, leading to John Gonsalves's death when struck by a truck driven by Alessio Mercenario on January 27.
