Man Hangs Self in Hayward City Jail
Robert Morten Willson, 20, former Navy man, hanged himself in Hayward city jail on Wednesday afternoon using a leather belt. He had been jailed after arrest in Livermore area and faced rape, drunken driving, and traffic charge accusations from Oakland and Richmond police. An autopsy found death by asphyxiation.
