May Day Program at Grammar School

Preparations are under way in Hayward for a day outing by southern Alameda County agricultural clubs. J. B. Hammond says the date and site will be announced next week with a likely picnic in Niles canyon or Bay Farm Island near a swimming area. Over 50 boys and girls are expected to attend as part of a series to boost interest in the agricultural program.

World's Best Boy Band at Cherry Festival San Leandro
