Berlin April 26 The German government unveils to the United States a plan to pay 200 billion gold marks over years, fund an international loan, and aid reconstruction. It seeks to end penalties, gain trade freedom, and share in Germanys recovery while inviting expert review and American guidance. President Harding awaiting response as negotiations proceed.

D L Miller Succumbs At Beaver Dam Home
D L Miller died at his Beaver Dam home last Friday following several years of illness not finally confined until about two months prior. Born near Goshen in 1868, he had lived in the community and at Beaver Dam. Funeral services were held at Beaver Dam M B Church Saturday led by Rev B S Moore of Livermore with Rev W S Buckner of Beaver Dam assisting. Burial was in Sunnyside Cemetery Beaver Dam.

Common School Diploma Exams Set For May 13 14

Robbers' loot hits Auburn bank in daylight heist
In Auburn Logan County bankers G W Davidson and Co were robbed at noon as two men held up the bookkeeper W D Herndon with a pistol. They stole about 113000 in gold currency and bonds and ordered him gagged and bound before fleeing north in a small car.

Death by own action sequel to Langdon killing
Tokio April 26. Lieutenant General Saito, commander of the Eleventh Japanese Division, committed death by own action in Vladivostok. The act follows the January shooting of Naval Lieutenant Langdon by sentry Toshigoro Ogasawara. Ogasawara was court martialed and found not guilty, but jailed a month for false statements.
