Electronic Specialty Co of Los Angeles announced at the Rockingham Development Corp luncheon that it will establish on an 85 acre site on the W L Kennedy farm at the Interstate 81 US 33 interchange. About 500 workers will receive training as the plant nears completion. ES operates plants nationwide and reports annual sales of 72 million with NYSE listing.
