Family Seeks Closure in 1982 Harrisonburg Abduction
Four decades after Kelly Bergh Dove vanished from the Imperial gas station in Harrisonburg on June 18 1982 her mother Rachel Bergh keeps hope for justice. HPD has released a 911 call in which Dove described a harassing man and a later sighting of a silver Ford. Detectives narrowed suspects to one man though no arrest has been made.

Public Hearing Set On Interstate 81 Widening Project
A public hearing Tuesday at Pleasant Valley Elementary School will discuss a 320 million widening of I 81 from mile 242 in Rockingham County to 248.8 in Harrisonburg. The plan adds one lane each direction, wires mainline bridge work, a concrete median barrier and potential noise barrier. VDOT hosts displays and one on one talks from 4 to 7 pm with project staff.

The Red Wing Academy runs before the Red Wing Roots Music Festival in Mount Solon, focusing on improvisation and group play. Carolina previously attended Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield Kansas and was praised by Eric Bruer, Steel Wheels member, who visited her during an early performance.
