City to buy land for permanent homeless shelter in Harrisonburg
Harrisonburg plans to purchase 3.72 acres and a 6,730 square foot building at 1111 N Main St from Shenandoah Presbytery for 700000 to create the citys first permanent low barrier homeless shelter. The project will use ARPA funds and support from Open Doors.
