The Lowe s driver, Brian Gray of Mount Solon, was charged with failing to secure cargo. Traffic was halted for about an hour. Emerson was delivering newspapers for the Daily News Record. The victim Harris was en route to Hanover Shoe Factory in Franklin and was later transferred to UVa Medical Center where he was listed in fair condition.
