A $50,000 alienation suit by Edith Wail Hopkins of Harrisonburg against Bessie R. Crawford of Richmond was dismissed in Richmond to be tried in Harrisonburg. Hopkins alleged Crawford won her husband O Frank Hopkins' affection and caused the estrangement. Crawford is widow of Ernest B. Crawford, heir to a $840,000 fortune.
