Sadat decries Libya oil takeover as clash with U.S. interests

Justice Sues Texaco Over Antitrust Accord

A government panel found the Tuskegee syphilis study unjustifiable and urged sweeping reforms in human subject protections. The nine member biracial group said no written protocol or informed consent existed, the study was sloppily conducted and ethically indefensible since 1932, with penicillin overdue by 1953.
