Isaac Sellers Ewing 88, a prominent Harrisonburg resident, church member, and former merchant, died at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday at his home 314 Franklin Street after years of declining health. Born May 10 1868 near Weyers Cave, he lived on the Ewing ancestral homestead before moving to Harrisonburg in 1903, later working in hardware mercantile and industry before retiring.
