Jury Recommends 30 Year Term in WV Drunk-Driver Killings

Kawasaki disease rises in Colorado among toddlers
Denver AP report says a rare illness of unknown cause, Kawasaki disease, is rising in Colorado with 25 cases since April. State epidemiologist Dr. Richard Hopkins says about 25 percent of U S cases occur nationwide yearly. most patients are under five, often ages 1 and 2. heart complications occur in about one third, with 1 percent mortality. None of Colorado’s patients has died. six were briefly hospitalized.
