Senate Votes to End Session With No Summer Reassembly
Washington June 3 The resolution to end the present session of Congress was adopted in the Senate after relations between parties in backing the measure. A roll call of 44 for and 24 against showed 24 Democrats and 20 Republicans voting yes, with 9 Democrats and 15 Republicans opposing. President Wilson indicated he would not call Congress back unless a grave emergency exists.
