Child Struck By Car In Harrisonburg
A 7-year-old Harrisonburg girl Debbie Joan Raynes was listed in serious condition at Rockingham Memorial Hospital after being struck on East Market Street. Police say she darted into the car path at East Market and Sterling Streets. driver was not charged. The child is the Raynes' daughter of 496 Norwood Drive. Bundy, of 231 Broad Street, was driving west on East Broad Street when the incident occurred as she returned home from visiting her grandmother four blocks from their home.
