Second suspect faces court in Harrisonburg homicide
Hector Manuel Rodriguez, 24, of Harrisonburg, charged with felony principal in the second degree to first degree murder and felony robbery, appeared in Rockingham General District Court. Preliminary hearing set for April 11 alongside main defendant Seneca Lee Graham. Johnson, 22, was killed November 18 at Deer Run Apartments after a disturbance call. Graham was injured in a fight and treated at UVa Medical Center before arrest. Prosecutors have not released further details.
