Atlantic City June 16 Special reconstruction towns may be established by the government for soldiers with tuberculosis to regain health and work at light trades. The towns would be in national forests with medical supervision, offering wood working industries and possible long term land control after cure. Initial financial aid would be needed but self support could follow. Surgeon B J Lloyd notes eradicating tuberculosis surpasses building Panama Canal in scope.
