Leaves service of state to take up private practice

Cunningham former district attorney of Westmoreland county and deputy attorney general during the Stuart and Tener administrations has resigned to engage in private practice in Harrisburg. His resignation was accepted today by Governor Martin G. Brumbaugh who praised his distinguished services to the commonwealth.
