State Conservationist George C. Marks announces a public field day September 23 at the Soil Conservation Service plant materials center in Knox City serving Texas and Oklahoma. The Harper PTA voted to become the Harper PTO to keep funds local, with the Fall Festival scheduled for Saturday November 23 the day after Homecoming. The event will include a bingo booth, class booths, and proceeds shared with each grade for field trips.
