Texas Flag Honored At Mt Rushmore Bicentennial Event

A two day celebration August 24 25 at Mt Rushmore National Memorial in the Black Hills honored Texas with a state flag ceremony. Harper PTA forms independent PTO and Fall Festival set

The Harper PTA voted to become the Harper PTO to keep funds local, with the Fall Festival scheduled for Saturday November 23 the day after Homecoming. The event will include a bingo booth, class booths, and proceeds shared with each grade for field trips.
