Mr and Mrs Watkins Tarr and daughter Mary Nell visited Mr and Mrs Leslie Harper in Kerrville at the home of Mr and Mrs James Hart on Sunday afternoon. Mr and Mrs Kenneth Parker returned from a trip to Tyrone Missouri.
Members of St. James Lutheran Church held a 3 1/2 hour study of the Lutheran Church history during Sunday afternoon services on Oct 22. After worship, a congregational dinner followed in the parish hall.
San Antonio will stage its second annual Trade Fair on November 25 at Willita Assembly Hall led by William Roegelein Jr. The event will showcase more than 1,000 products across 125 booths plus patio space. Exhibits include military displays from local bases and a Nike Hercules missile. Last year drew 113,000 attendees. about 125,000 expected this year.

Chicken dinner at St Theresa’s Church in Junction Sunday drew Mr and Mrs Edgar Fiedler Mr and Mrs Marvin Kramer Mr and Mrs Anton Lange their son Mrs Alfred Kramer and Mrs J L Bierschwale with Rev A A Gitner.
