Texas wild turkey outlook is favorable says E A Walker director of wildlife restoration. Last year saw strong increases in wild turkey populations with many young birds added to bands roaming Texas brush. Sunday May 24 may be Pastor Dan G. Hardt’s last sermon at Harper as Southwest Texas conference readings approach. Annual Conference will convene in Travis Park Methodist Church San Antonio May 25 with appointments read May 29. Harper hopes for a resident pastor. Members urged to attend.
