Helotes rallied from 5-0 down to tie 8-8, then won 11-9 over Harper with a two-out homer in the ninth. Lumpkins, Hutchins, and Pete Koch led Harper hitters. Spears belted a key homer for Helotes. Next week Harper hosts Boerne White Sox at Harper Park.

Staudt Injured In Freak Truck Accident In Gillespie County
Robert Staudt 59, a Texas State Highway Department truck driver with 32 years service, was injured Monday afternoon May 14 when a truck bed discharged while he opened the tailgate. He suffered crushed cartilage but no internal injuries or broken bones and was hospitalized at Keidel Memorial Hospital.
