Increase In General Crop Payments In Gillespie County
The Gillespie County Agricultural Conservation Association reports an 1941 general acreage payment rate of 87 cents per acre, up from 68 cents in 1940 and 62 cents after a nationwide participation rise. This rise, aided by lower national general allotments, could yield about 10.26 million dollars more in payments for 1941, offsetting reductions in cotton and wheat parity rates and benefiting farms with general crops only.

Three Conditions for Diffusion of Divine Knowledge
The text argues three prerequisites for universal diffusion of divine knowledge. Jews must be scattered worldwide long enough to learn local languages and customs, their worship of idols must be eradicated, and the new spiritual system should begin with those who grasp Hebrew meanings. It notes Jews’ idolatry cured, diaspora across Rome, and tongues given to proclaim the gospel, leading to the old dispensation ending once the new one began in Jerusalem.
