Gillespie County action follows a Texas Highway Department letter dated June 1 1965. The commission designated Ranch Road to Market Road in Gillespie extending from Ranch Road 1376 near Luckenbach southeast to the Kendall County line about 4.7 miles. Estimated cost is 172 900 dollars. The move completes a long sought Janeh Road project named by Gillespie officials and residents.
