A Peaceful Path for Palestine Through UN Guided Reform

A historical analysis argues that partition fails and proposes a unicameral 100 seat legislature with equal Arab and Jew representation, a 60 vote requirement for laws, a 60 member prerequisite for presidential election, and strict 60 vote ratification for major offices, asserting shared interests of Arabs and Jews and urging UN action. The piece ends with a call from the Committee for Constitutional Government based in New York.
