Catholic Ladies Observe Day of Recollection for St Anne

The St Ann Society sponsored a Day of Recollection for 34 Catholic women on their patronal feast of St Anne. Rev John McPhee of the Redemptorist Order led five talks on observance, pain and sin, life-partner relations, the Eucharist, and Mary. At the close two women were received into the Society. Mrs S S Stewart and Mrs A J Arnold returned home from Premont Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley.
