The Hill Country Conference of Lutheran Women from 16 churches will meet at Trinity Lutheran Church in Blanco on Thursday May 1. President Mrs. Martin Kocherschke of Castell presides. Program at 9 30 includes talks by national president Mrs Margaret Bauman and southern district ASCW president Mrs Roy Dahl. Afternoon features Alaska mission field report by Mrs John Onda and officer installations. Mrs Eddie Krause invites all interested to attend.
A Kerrville photographic group culminated its thirteen month effort Tuesday night April 15 by formalizing as HCAF Photo Club. The Hill Country Arts Foundation in Ingram hosts meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 30 p m. Officers include Cody Phillips president Bill Garrett vice president John Hockaday secretary treasurer Clyde Bone instruction director. The club affiliates with the Photographic Society of America and Hill Country Arts Foundation and invites amateurs to join. Dues for junior members are one dollar per year.
