Harlan Cyclones were edged by Pleasant Valley 10 to 7 in a bid for a fourth straight state crown. It marks the fifth straight HCHS finals appearance. Financial Aids Meeting At Harlan Community High
Harlan Community High School guidance department will host an informational meeting on financial aid at 7 30 p m Thursday November 21 in the HCHS cafeteria. Parents planning to apply for aid for the 1986 87 college year are invited to attend. Enduro races lift Shelby County Fair finances in 1985
Two Enduro events on July Fourth and in mid September netted 7000 dollars, helping a fair whose grandstand sales fell short of expectations. President Harry Ahrenholtz praised organizers and noted overall receipts of 77060.25 with 83547.64 in disbursements for the year ending Oct. 25.
