The annual Armistice Day football game at Hampton ended with Hampton defeating Eldora by a large margin. Eldora played well despite being outweighed, with several plays near the goal line and two intercepted passes contributing to Hampton’s score.
A Wednesday eve service at 7 30 on November 27 will be held in the Baptist church with Rev. Mitchell preaching. The event aims to accommodate busy residents who cannot attend the morning service and seeks community turnout for a real success.
