Electric Bell System Installed At Eldora High
The high school will install an electric bell system donated by the 1920 and 1828 classes at a total cost of 425 dollars. A master clock will be in Supt. Pye’s office and a large clock face in the assembly room. Bells in corridors, gym, and classrooms will ring with a gong over the south entrance. Four time arrangements will suit daily periods, a long-awaited upgrade for students and teachers alike. The 1924 graduating class plans a campanille on the east lawn to house the old cracked Armistice Day bell, funded by 176 dollars.
