Providence Pearls Gain 7 Members at November Meeting
The New Providence Pearls 411 Club held its monthly meeting on Wednesday November 5 at 7:30 pm. Seven new members were introduced Toni Clausen Linda Schnormeier Catdy Bradley Doreen Alsherry Joan Perry Patty Barnes and Andrea Cook. Guest attendees were Mrs Don Gibbs and Mrs Mary Ann Lawler. Plans discussed for a trip to Des Moines over Christmas Vacation including shopping and seeing Hello Dolly. Enrolment cards were completed and the Booster party is set for December 3.

Booster Party Held At Hubbard Community School
About 90 adults and youths attended the Tipton Grant 4H Booster Party on November 7 in Hubbard’s lunch room. Booster Chairman Gene Bunte led the meeting with other booster couples including Daniel Wiechmann and Francis Krueger. Awards were given to several 4-H members by leaders Nora Blome Merrill Wiechmann Krueger and Bunte. Dean Jones was elected to the extension Council replacing Don Balvanz. Ursula Lembeck a German exchange student at Hubbard High School shared homeland slides. Booster couples for next year listed as Kroeger Everett Strathe Rev Robert Jacobs Gene Roberts and Glenn Miller. Linda Schultz of the REC office in Iowa Falls spoke on Christmas Ideas for Young Homemakers. members to bring hors d oeuvres for December meeting and exchange recipes. A gift exchange will occur at Mrs Merrill Cobb’s home.
