Hubbard Rites For Vernie Brunemeier 65
Vernie C Brunemeier of Hubbard died Saturday morning of a heart attack at his home. Services were Monday at Salem United Methodist Church with interment in Hubbard Cemetery. He was born January 10 1909 to Louis and Kathrine Brunemeier. He married Verna Meier December 25 1935 in Hubbard. He farmed all his life, was a Lions Club member and lifelong church member. Survivors: Verna, son Gary of Ellsworth, daughter Marilyn VanderWeide of Orange City, three grandchildren, sister Helen Lehmeier of Hubbard. Boeke Funeral Home handled arrangements.
