Youth Rally Draws 200 at Evergreen Meeting

Word comes to Eldora of the sudden death of Reverend John J. Brittell aged 70 on Friday April 6 from a heart attack at his Visalia California home. Funeral services were held Tuesday with burial in Visalia. Survived by his wife two sons John at home and Robert of Homestead Park Pa and four daughters Dorothy Kelsen Marjorie Newhouse Evelyn Lady Peggy Cowles all of various cities. He served the Presbyterian church at Ackley from 1927 to 1941 and will be remembered by many in the community. They have lived in California since 1945.
